Total demolition of a specific section of Montreal’s Turcot Interchange
This road infrastructure demolition over and along Highway 20 at Angrignon included the demolition of four entrance/exit ramps and viaducts. In addition to having to coordinate with other contractors on the same site and asbestos abatement prior to beginning, the 1,545-meter-long winter project consisted of demolishing, crushing, and upgrading more than 23,000 m3 or 580,000 t of concrete and asphalt.
