At 18 stories high and located in Montreal's downtown core since the 1920s, the deconstruction of the Montreal Children’s Hospital was done in a manner that respected local residents. Located at the intersection of Tupper, Atwater, and René-Lévesque Blvd., the community safety was paramount. The C- Wing demolition was an engineering masterpiece, employing a highly ingenious, efficient, and fully controlled demolition method (see video).
